Limits, formats, and languages
Hard limits and supported options for DubbyJam source files and dubbing languages. If your file does not fit, convert or split it before upload.

Audio files are limited to 20 MB. Video files are limited to 1024 MB by the hard upload cap and may be lower when your account storage is nearly full. Video must contain a readable audio track; the final export keeps the original picture and replaces its audio with the dubbed mix.
Languages
Project source and target languages currently include:
- English (en)
- Chinese (zh)
- Spanish (es)
- French (fr)
- Japanese (ja)
Source and target must differ. Voice catalogs depend on the target language.
Speakers and editing
- Multiple speakers can be detected and mapped to different TTS voices
- Generation auto-refines timing; the result timeline lets you edit and re-synthesize individual cues
- Very long or noisy files may need cleanup (noise reduction, louder dialogue) before upload for better ASR
Storage and plans
Account storage and monthly dubbing minutes depend on your plan. See Pricing for Free vs Plus minutes and top-ups. Free accounts include 500MB of project storage; Plus includes 3GB. Delete old projects if you hit the cap.
Unused projects are auto-deleted based on the last time you opened the project page: 30 days (Free) or 90 days (active Plus subscription or top-up balance). You will see a warning tag on the project list about 7 days before deletion. Details are in the Terms of Service.
