Welcome to DubbyJam. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our AI dubbing service.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: email, name, and profile image from sign-in, used for your account and notifications.
• Project and media data: uploaded audio or video, extracted audio, transcripts, dubbed speech, and exports stored on our servers/object storage so we can process and deliver downloads.
• Usage data: job status, error logs, and product usage to improve the Service.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Service delivery: analyze, translate, dub, and export
• Account and notifications: e.g. optional job-done emails you enable
• Security and compliance: fraud prevention and legal obligations; payments via Dodo Payments

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Project media is retained based on the last time you opened the project page: about 30 days for free accounts, and about 90 days for paid benefits (active subscription or top-up balance). After that we delete the database record and related object-storage files.

You may also delete projects anytime in the product. If you close your account or request deletion of personal data, we handle that under applicable law.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure.
